With Chase Distillery just down the road, of course Dewsall Court would partner up with them to create the loveliest cocktails. One of their specialties is the Dewsall Sweet Pea and the team at Dewsall were kind enough to share the recipe with us.
It’s incredibly easy and only requires a handful of ingredients. Cocktail hour can’t get here fast enough.

Chill a martini glass with ice. Place the peas, sugar, and lemon into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until it becomes ‘too cold to hold’.
Pour in the vodka and shake for another 3-4 seconds. Remove the ice from the martini glass and pour from the shaker through a fine mesh strainer. Garnish with a pea tendril and a slice of cucumber.
